When the sky isn't as blue
As you'd like it to be
And the rain clouds bother you
And keep you from feeling free


When the rain is falling down
And you feel so dark inside
And all you do is frown
And you just wanna hide



When the rainbow isn't coming
And you feel so slight and small
And you can't understand
Why this is happening at all


Just know the sun is shining
Even though right now
You might not feel its warmth
It's always there somehow.


Remember something sweeter
Always tastes the best
After something bitter
Or when you're feeling stressed.


There's always a piece of rainbow
You can find it in your heart
Just try looking upward
That's always a good start.
