The struggles of life,
My imperfections,
The sorrows and grief,
The loss of directions.
The confusion and darkness,
The world full of fears,
The empty scared feeling,
While holding back tears,
No one to turn to,
Am I all alone?
Who is there for me?
What help can you loan?
I must not forget,
My elder brother,
My Savior and Friend,
Who for me will cover,
Because Jesus is my judge.
He will help me though,
Jesus is my judge,
And He will help me do,
What I need to do.
When the end is so near,
And temptations are trying,
No love, only fear,
When I'm tired of crying,
When I need some help,
When I need some cheering,
Who will be there?
When hopes disappearing.
Hope is not lost,
Love will be found,
Sorrow and sin,
Will be thrown on the ground!
Because Jesus is my judge,
He is my Redeemer,
Jesus is my judge,
He will help me become cleaner,
Jesus is my friend,
He will help me to soar,
Jesus is my Judge,
Jesus is my rock floor.
If I open the door.

A Kidnaped Prince
A little boy,
I am at play,
That all changed,
In a single day.
Carried off,
By people unknown,
Away from home,
Is where I've grown.
Master to master,
A slave they see,
With no idea,
Of what I really could be!
But life goes on,
I'm passed from hand to hand,
And I feel as special,
As a white grain of sand.
As time wore on,
I learned more things,
A little more independent,
And a little more free.
And little by little,
A free man I became,
Earning my way,
Father away from a slave.
A grown up man,
Forever a slave,
But that all changed,
In a single day.
I am at play,
That all changed,
In a single day.
Carried off,
By people unknown,
Away from home,
Is where I've grown.
Master to master,

Charity
A hardened soul
From fear and war
Holding back
Scarred before.
A broken heart
A weeping face
Not letting go
Nor seeking grace.
A angry one
Building his own
Walls around
With cares of stone.
A hurt and lost
Person of pride
Not willing to change
The things inside.
A softened soul
Moves past the fear
Is progressing
For God is near.
A healing heart
A smiling face
Using every day
That grace
A praying one
Who seeks solace
Building his
Lasting palace.
A confident
Person of Christ
Open to change
For what is right.
The difference comes
Just with pure love
Charity
Its found above.
From fear and war
Holding back
Scarred before.
A broken heart
A weeping face
Not letting go
Nor seeking grace.
A angry one
Building his own
Walls around
With cares of stone.
A hurt and lost

Friend or Foe
Darkness covers everywhere,
Are you foe or are you friend.
Was it really all for not?
Is it coming to an end?
There is crying, there is fear,
As confusion swirls around,
Screaming, wailing, crying too
What is that ear piercing sound.
When the world is spinning,
Spinning out of control,
What can we do?
To get it back in its roll.
Where can I find light?
Where can I find peace?
Where can I find solace?
When will it all cease?
When will my aching heart,
Find what its seeking?
When will I understand,
The kindness they are needing?
How will I know,
When will the sorrow end?
Who I can trust?
Are you foe or are you friend.
Are you foe or are you friend.
Was it really all for not?
Is it coming to an end?
There is crying, there is fear,
As confusion swirls around,
Screaming, wailing, crying too
What is that ear piercing sound.
When the world is spinning,
Spinning out of control,
What can we do?
To get it back in its roll.

Where can I find solace?

When will the sorrow end?

Haiku.
The world needs our help.
The world needs our endless care.
Fix the feeling of alone.
Before it is too late.
What can we possibly do?
Something we can change.
There is fear in the world.
There is sorrow in the family.
There is pain in the heart.
Is the joy completely gone?
Are we covered in deep, deep, despair?
Hope is quickly slipping away.
What is happiness worth?
What price are you willing to pay?
What will you give up?
Earthly possessions gone,
After all of your sacrifice,
You get a happy heart,
Rather, then stay in the depths of despair,
Rather, then stay mindlessly mad,
Rather, then just say that I don't care,
Which sounds better to you?
Sacrifice of your worldly things.
Is freedom.
And we know that happiness,
Is too much to worry about,
And wallowing in misery,
Is what everyone else does.
The thing that we wont do,
Be the kind of person, who is the most unique.
